Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection regulations, on the legal grounds and for the purposes indicated below:
- Enforcement or fulfilment of contractual obligations or application of pre-contractual measures
Your data will be processed in order to manage your registration as a customer, to manage our contractual relationship with you, as well as for the provision and invoicing of the service. Mainly and by way of example, the following actions will be carried out:

- Who will your data be disclosed to?
In order to carry out all the purposes described above, BIOVIC works with third party service providers who may have access to your personal data as a result of the execution of the contracted services. In any event, BIOVIC follows strict criteria for selecting such third parties in order to comply with its data protection obligations and signs the relevant data protection agreement with them, in which these third parties undertake to comply with their data protection obligations and, specifically, to implement all appropriate legal, technical and organisational security measures to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data of data subjects in relation to their processing for the purposes stated.
Your data may be disclosed to other companies within the corporate group for the purpose of guaranteeing the exercise of the data subject’s rights.
If you give us your consent to do so, your data may be provided to other companies within the Gimeno Group (www.grupogimeno.com) for the purpose of managing your participation in selection processes carried out by such companies.
Furthermore, BIOVIC may disclose personal data and any other information related to the User when required to do so by public authorities in the exercise of the functions legitimately attributed to them and in accordance with the applicable provisions in the cases in which it is necessary to do so.
- How long will we retain your data?
BIOVIC will comply with the provisions of current legislation with regard the duty to delete personal information once the intended purpose has been accomplished, or when you withdraw your consent to the processing thereof. In such cases, the information will be duly blocked, and will only be made available to Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecution Service or the competent Public Administrations for the purpose of dealing with any possible liabilities arising from the processing, and only during the limitation period of such liabilities. Once these periods have elapsed, the information will be permanently deleted by secure means.
- How did we obtain your data?
The personal data processed by BIOVIC are those provided by you when using the contact form available on the website, as well as the information provided by the data subject for participation in selection processes and that provided for the exercise of their rights.
BIOVIC also processes the personal data provided by you during the customer registration process or those collected during the provision of the service.
- What are your rights when providing us with your data?
In accordance with the provisions of applicable data protection regulations, as well as national data protection regulations, you have the right to exercise, if you so wish, your rights of access, rectification and deletion of data, as well as to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data, to object to such processing, to request the portability of your data, and not to be subject to automated individual decisions.
Furthermore, if the processing of the personal data described above is based on your consent, you may withdraw this consent at any time. In this respect, it should be noted that withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of such consent.
