Biovic – Consulting S.L carried out the design, execution and start-up of the biogas plant located in the municipality of La Vall D´Uixó, province of Castellón, in the La Mezquita industrial estate.

It treats 19,000 tons per year of waste from the juice industry, fats, slaughterhouse waste, slurry and manure, and sludge from food treatment plants.

The plant has developed several expansions to increase its product treatment capacity, and is currently the main partner in an ambitious digestate recovery project, the LIFE IN-BRIEF project.
